All employees of Scott’s Security Systems Inc and its affiliated companies are subject to the company's
Employee Handbook and its Code of Ethical Business Conduct. These documents require all employees to
follow applicable laws and regulations governing our business at all times. In addition, our code of ethics
specifically requires compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to the privacy and
security of customer information. Employees who fail to meet these standards may be subject to disciplinary
action, up to and including dismissal.

We employ technology and security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access to or improper
alteration, misuse, disclosure or destruction of data. In addition, we have implemented strict policy guidelines to
safeguard the privacy of your personal identifying information.

We will continue to enhance our security capabilities as new technology becomes available.

2.        PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES.

This privacy policy is effective November 11, 2008, and supersedes all previously posted Scott’s Security
Systems Inc privacy policies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make a material change to this policy, we will post a
prominent notice on our Web sites. Accordingly, please periodically check our Web sites for changes.
